My name is Emily, Also known as "QC" or "Queen".A Trackmania skinmaker since 2021, Twice nominated for best Skinmaker and best Skin.I focus on clean and aesthetic designs - utilizing different textures, Hand drawn lines, Lights and unique colours.

TOSBy commissioning The Artist (me), in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with the Artist, prior to the commission.I.GENERAL TERMS.
Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide references.II. PAYMENT.
All commissions must include a 20€ deposit, which will be paid upfront. Said deposit will be deducted from the final price.The rest of the payment will be made once the skin is done, prior to its delivery.III. PROCESS
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 4 weeks depending on many factors such as;
Artist health, order of commissions, complexity, work load and family issues.
In case of delay, you will be notified asap.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
The artist will do everything she can to make you happy with the skin.
However, after a commission is completed, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Small changes include colouring/marking mistakes.
Larger changes will come with an extra charge.
Please make sure to be clear in your order with what you aim for.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
The artist holds all the rights to the produced skin, not the commissioner.
Therefore, the Artist allowed to use the copyrighted skin to;
- Promote itself in any place or site
- Display it, including, but not limited to this website and others
- Post it wherever she wantsThe commissioner is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted skin for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise, in writing
- Put the skin on their publicly available club
- Use the skin to promote themselves with proper credit given to the Artist
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the skin will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially(meaning making money off it in any way).
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Posting or displaying the skin without giving credit to the Artist
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the skin without the Artist´s consentA Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork is possible at an additional price.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
The Artist has the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time and from any reason.
You can cancel the commission before the Artist starts to work on the commission.
Once the Artist starts working on the commission, she may keep the deposit, even if you cancel the commission.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the Artist under any circumstances after payments are received and the skin was delivered.Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with The artist, prior to the commission.(This TOS is based on Yamio’s TOS on Devianart)
